In December, as the first reserve soldiers were discharged, we realized that many of our partner employers were facing a challenge they had not previously encountered: the reintegration of employees who had been absent for an extended period. To assist, we sent a concise document with 4 targeted tips for the reintegration of employees following a prolonged absence to all employers in the Dualis network. The heartfelt responses we received were truly moving, and we’ve decided to make this initiative a tradition.
Every month, each employer in our network receives a brief, timely document relevant to that month, featuring key highlights. This guidance is, of course, based on Dualis’s extensive knowledge gained from managing our social enterprises and supporting hundreds of young adults across numerous businesses.
