As we look toward the future, we are excited to announce the launch of our Skills for Success program in the coming weeks. This initiative is specifically designed to support evacuees from Israel’s northern and southern regions, as well as discharged soldiers and lone survivors.
Our goal with this program is to provide participants with real-world vocational training and job placement opportunities. The program will focus on reskilling junior workers so they can qualify for positions or apprenticeships that fit current market needs. We will also offer ongoing support to ensure a smooth transition into the workforce, with a retention goal of 60-70% over six months.
Participants will receive a combination of technical and soft skills training, ensuring they are equipped not only to perform specific job tasks but also to navigate workplace challenges with confidence. This holistic approach is at the heart of what Dualis does, as we believe in providing not just a job, but a path toward a stable and fulfilling life.
