This past year has been one of profound impact for Dualis. Despite the challenges we faced, we’ve been able to help more than 250 at-risk young adults gain valuable skills and secure meaningful employment. Through our comprehensive vocational training programs, these individuals didn’t just learn technical job skills—they also developed the soft skills needed to thrive in both their professional and personal lives.
Teamwork, problem-solving, communication, and adaptability have been key components of our programs. By focusing on these areas, we’ve seen remarkable growth in the confidence and resilience of our participants. Many who entered the program uncertain of their future left feeling empowered and ready to contribute to the workforce.
Our network of 60 prominent employers has been integral to this success, offering real-world opportunities that provide more than just a paycheck. These jobs offer a pathway to financial autonomy, personal independence, and, most importantly, hope.
These efforts have not only placed 138 people in jobs but also resulted in a 50% employee retention rate—a testament to the dedication of our team and the ongoing support we provide.
In addition to our work with at-risk youth, we’ve supported over 150 evacuees from the Iron Swords War, helping them find stability during a time of upheaval.
