Responding to a Crisis

From the earliest days of the war, we at Dualis saw the need for immediate action. Within 10 days of the conflict’s onset, we were flooded with over 600 requests from job seekers who were suddenly displaced or unemployed. Employers across the country were also in need of essential workers, and we moved quickly to make the necessary connections.

In total, we facilitated 231 employment placements, helping individuals regain a sense of purpose and financial stability. During a time of chaos in the job market, Dualis provided a lifeline for many.

Our work didn’t stop with job placements. Thanks to our generous partners, including the CJP and Tech4Israel, we were able to expand our efforts. Together, we assisted evacuees from the south and north, providing them with job opportunities and support as they rebuilt their lives. While many of these roles were initially thought to be temporary, the ongoing conflict often turned them into long-term employment—a much-needed source of stability for over 100 evacuees.

These efforts were only possible because of the generosity of donors like you. Every connection, every job placement, is a testament to the power of community and the difference we can make together.
