We hosted a special meeting in Tel Aviv to introduce a new booklet that Dualis is about to launch, describing our work model for engaging employers to integrate vulnerable populations. The meeting, which summarized a three-year period during which we benefited from a special innovation grant from the Population Administration at the Ministry of Labor, was attended by various employment program managers. We held a fruitful discussion on best practices for working with and alongside employers. We hosted representatives from Dualis' partner employers: Dan Hotels chain, Autoglass, and the Vanilia ice cream parlor chain. During the meeting, employer representatives highlighted the challenges they face in the ongoing employment of at-risk youth and emphasized how Dualis' support enabled them to overcome these challenges and gain loyal employees.
We plan to hold a significant conference for youth workers and present the booklet after the holidays.
